By using any service provided by E-PAL Shipping & Supplies, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
E-PAL Shipping & Supplies provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:
Air Freight Shipping from the USA to Jamaica
Tax-Exempt Shipping Address for online shopping
Real-Time Package Tracking
Commercial & Personal Shipping Solutions
Warehousing & Package Handling
Secure package forwarding and logistics coordination
We assist customers with receiving packages from international online retailers and forwarding them to Jamaica safely and efficiently.
E-PAL Shipping & Supplies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.
Shipments from the United States to Jamaica are processed approximately three (3) times per week.
All shipping schedules are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
Airline or freight carrier schedules
Customs inspections or processing
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Other circumstances beyond our control
E-PAL Shipping & Supplies operates from:
St. Ann’s Bay, Jamaica
Customers across Jamaica may utilize our services. Additional delivery arrangements may be facilitated through third-party couriers at the customer’s expense.
All shipments handled by E-PAL Shipping & Supplies are transported at the customer’s own risk.
Our responsibility begins once a package arrives at our designated warehouse or shipping facility and ends once the shipment is released to the customer, a delivery partner, or customs authorities.
E-PAL Shipping & Supplies is not responsible for:
Vendor or retailer errors
Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
Packages lost or misdelivered before reaching our warehouse
Delays caused by airlines, shipping carriers, or customs
Damage resulting from improper packaging by the sender
Customers should ensure that items purchased online are properly packaged by the vendor.
Fragile or high-value items, including but not limited to:
Electronics
Glass items
Liquids
Cosmetics
Breakable merchandise
are shipped at the owner’s risk, regardless of packaging method.
E-PAL Shipping & Supplies will not be responsible for damages caused by insufficient packaging.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items shipped comply with Jamaican and international shipping regulations.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials
Counterfeit or replica goods
Pornographic or obscene materials
Perishable foods
Live animals
Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments
Certain lithium batteries or hazardous electronics
Any prohibited item may be confiscated, disposed of, or surrendered to authorities without compensation.
E-PAL Shipping & Supplies assumes no liability for fines, seizures, or penalties resulting from restricted shipments.
All shipments entering Jamaica are subject to customs inspection and possible duties or taxes.
Customers are responsible for:
Customs duties
Government taxes
Processing fees
Any additional import charges
These fees must be paid before packages can be released.
E-PAL Shipping & Supplies is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or seizures.
Shipping rates are generally calculated based on:
Package weight
Package size or dimensions
Shipping method
Special handling requirements

Delivery services
Special handling
Storage fees
All charges must be paid in full before packages are released.
Customers will receive tracking updates once shipments are processed and available.
Real-time tracking helps customers monitor the progress of their packages throughout the shipping process.
While we strive to provide accurate updates, tracking information may sometimes be delayed due to carrier systems.
Customers must provide accurate information when shipping packages.
Required documentation may include:
Valid identification
Contact information
Correct shipping address
Invoice or proof of purchase
Invoices are required to assist with customs processing and duty assessment.
Customers will be notified once their packages arrive and are ready for pickup.
Packages not collected within 7 days of notification may incur storage fees.
Packages left uncollected after 30 days may be:
Auctioned
Donated
Disposed of
to recover storage and administrative costs.
Customers remain responsible for all outstanding charges.
Any claims regarding shipments must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of package pickup or delivery.
Claims must include:
Customer name
Tracking number
Description of the issue
Supporting documentation (photos, invoices, etc.)
